We want you to love your Ania Haie pieces, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 28-day return policy for all items except earrings due to hygiene reasons. All returned jewellery must be unworn and in its original branded packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Ensure your items are in their original condition and were purchased within the last 28 days. Please note that earrings cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and generate your unique return label.

• 3.
  Pack Your Jewellery

  Securely place your items in their original Ania Haie gift box and use appropriate outer packaging to ensure the pieces are protected during transit.

• 4.
  Post and Track

  Drop off your package at your nearest designated courier point and keep your proof of postage; we will process your refund within 10 working days of receipt.
