What materials are used in Ania Haie jewellery?
All Ania Haie pieces are crafted from 925 sterling silver. Depending on the finish, they are then plated with 14kt gold, 14kt rose gold, or rhodium. All our jewellery is nickel-free and hypoallergenic.
How should I care for my jewellery to prevent tarnishing?
To maintain your jewellery's shine, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. We recommend removing your pieces before swimming or exercising and storing them in a cool, dry place inside their original packaging.
What are your shipping options and delivery times?
We offer standard and express shipping worldwide. Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days within the UK and Europe, while international orders may take 7-10 business days depending on the destination.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 14-day return policy for most items in their original, unworn condition. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on earrings unless they are faulty.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Ania Haie purchase comes with a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This covers manufacturing defects but does not include accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or tarnishing due to improper care.
Can I track my order once it has been shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel's journey to your doorstep.
